Joshua is a lifelong New Yorker who grew up in Ditmas Park and went to school in Park Slope, Brooklyn and currently lives in prime Bushwick. He attended New York City College of Technology focusing on Marketing, Management, Sales & Entrepreneurship.  Joshua’s background in high-end fashion greatly shaped his career as a real estate agent. Just like wearing a finely-tailored garment, the ideal property must be the right fit, and suit your individual personality and lifestyle.

Most important to him besides facilitating deals are the relationships with his clients that last long after leases or deeds are signed.

Outside of work, Joshua volunteers his time to kids with special needs in Connecticut with Unified Sports. He also plays league lacrosse and basketball in a league, enjoys planting in his local community gardens, and loves to read philosophy.
