Al started his career in real estate as an investor. In 2006 he began working as an agent for a small boutique agency and within the first six months received the Million Dollar Sales Club Award. Shortly after, he was recruited by a national real estate chain, where he joined a top producing team. Since the emergence of short sales, Al became the number one BPO agent in his county ranked by Clear Capital asset managers.
