Adina began her real estate career in 1995 at the age of 21 after answering a ?Help Wanted ? No Experience Necessary? ad. She placed her license with a top Manhattan broker and within the first year she was consistently recognized with the highest producing rental agent award and was quickly considered to be the company?s top trainer for new agents. Just 7 years later Adina founded her own company, Adina Equities, which quickly became a highly revered brand name in NYC real estate. Her dedication to her clients and relationships with owners resulted in representation of over 1500 exclusive apartments for rent and sale. She exclusively leases entire rental buildings in prime Manhattan neighborhoods.
Adina was appointed the Team Leader/Chief Executive Officer of Keller Williams NYC in April 2011 during the launch phase of the Manhattan market center. She successfully recruited more than 100 agents to the company in only seven months and filled several key leadership positions as well. Her leadership contribution was a critical part of the success of the company in NYC and she views that achievement as one of the highlights of her career. This experience along with her achievements with Adina Equities is the inspiration and foundation for her mentoring program.
Chosen in 2007 to include a chapter in the New York Times best selling book, The Best Real Estate advice I ever received, Adina wrote a submission about not being afraid to invest your time to master your craft. Only 100 real estate experts were chosen from all around the country. Adina was the youngest and one of only ten female brokers featured. Additionally, she was the only one specializing in the exclusive, Manhattan rental market.
As President of Adina Equities, she is a resource and influencer for other entrepreneurs looking for inspiration. She herself finds inspiration in being an active supporter of several non profit organizations, The Retreat, Animal Rescue Fund, LVIS-Ladies Village Improvement Society, Meals on Wheels, Amber Waves Farm?s community supported agriculture and educational programs, and the Peconic Land Trust. Adina is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
