From the time a customer is considering a location and ideal type of real estate for their family or investment goals to the closing table, Alessandra provides professional service and a wealth of knowledge every step of the way. A licensed agent for 10 years, she has successfully handled transactions in New York City and the Hamptons, plus has personally purchased, rented and sold properties overseas and managed income properties. 

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Alessandra speaks fluent Portuguese, Italian and English and is conversant in Spanish. Understanding the needs of the international buyer, particularly those of Latin American and European cultures, she helps these clients navigate the New York City real estate market to achieve their unique goals. Local buyers are equally in good hands with this veteran New Yorker who knows the city well. Over her 30+ years here, Alessandra has lived in various areas such as the West Village, Nolita, Midtown, Sutton Place and the Upper West Side, and for the past 15 years has called the Upper East Side home. Alessandra serves as vice president of her coop board, and actively participates in improvements initiatives. 

A graduate of Pace University with a BA in International Management, Alessandra received a Master’s in International Affairs with a specialization in Finance from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She previously worked as an international tour guide at the Metropolitan Museum of Art for 12 years, and prior to that in finance as an international private banker and in corporate finance. 

Her excellent social skills, diplomatic approach and extreme attention to detail make Alessandra the ideal real estate partner. Outside of work, she is a busy mother of three who’s educated her children at prestigious Manhattan private and public schools. Alessandra enjoys attending the many temporary exhibits at the city’s museums and exploring their collections. She also frequents the theater, and generally takes advantage of the many cultural activities NY has to offer. Other things she looks forward to include her meeting with her book club and watching her son’s hockey games.
