I have been a licensed real estate broker, based in the Riverdale section of The Bronx, since 1991.  I am now an independent broker but from 1991-November 2018, I was an Associate Broker at Sopher Realty Residential Division which is no longer in existence.  
     Although I have done some commercial real estate work, I am primarily a residential broker, representing sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants.  I deal in the sales and rentals of single-family and multi-family homes, co-ops, and condos. 
     I am a native New Yorker, born in Manhattan, and a long-time Riverdalian.  I am an honors graduate of The Bronx High School of Science and of Vassar College; I have graduate degrees in political science.  Among my job experiences, I have worked as a market research analyst, a journalism researcher, a scientific/bibliographic assistant at the American Museum of Natural History, a tutor in a variety of subjects, and as Vice President of a computer consulting company.  In the past few years, I have written newspaper articles on many real estate topics.  I believe that this diverse educational and professional background helps me to be a more knowledgeable and effective broker.
     My husband and I live in Riverdale; so does my extended family.  I know the neighborhood well, am very committed to Riverdale, and I believe in its value as a great place to live.
