He brings a sophisticated level of vision for future asset values; and, implementation of strategies to achieve such values. His “hands-on” representation for multiple property portfolios includes any or all related property tasks; acquisition, market analysis, management, leasing, sales.
 
Prior to becoming a real estate broker, he founded and was President of an international award winning film production/distribution company; opened acclaimed restaurants, an art gallery, and a special events venue in Manhattan.
 
Drew presently resides in Manhattan (JCJ) where on a daily basis makes his presence known as his role grows with NYC of The Future and the projects that could change the skyline.
